IntakeAI provides AI-powered intake chatbots for law firms. The Service captures visitor information, qualifies cases, and delivers lead summaries to law firm administrators. IntakeAI is a software tool — it does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. All plans include a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You are responsible for: the accuracy of information you provide during setup; ensuring your website visitors are informed that they are interacting with an AI assistant; compliance with attorney-client privilege rules in your jurisdiction; and the security of your dashboard login credentials.
IntakeAI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the chatbot will capture every lead or that all leads will be viable cases. The AI may occasionally misunderstand queries. We are not liable for any lost business resulting from missed leads or incorrect case qualification.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email 14 days before significant changes take effect.
